England B v Belarus International Demonstration

Performance Group International Ltd ("PGI") is pleased to announce that: DatatraX - the Real-time Football Tracking System was demonstrated live to representatives of the F.A. and a group of respected international guests at the Madejski Stadium, home of Reading FC during the England B v Belarus International match on the 25th May 2006.

For the very first time, Events & Statistics along with Video & Animation were broadcast Live simultaneously over a network to parties in different boxes and locations around the ground, enabling them to view interactive analysis whilst the game was in progress. At half time and immediately after the game, the full set of data was archived, and exported to other independent (portable) computers for offline review and reporting and further analysis.

One representative from Lisbon, Portugal stated "This crosses the line in analysis that all other products fail to reach" and a leading Spanish Coach said, "It's amazing the progress that PGI has made in such a short time of development. This changes the face of football analysis forever, and though it will give us more work to do, the value of that data will be immeasurably better than anything we have done before."

The unique capabilities of DatatraX bring a whole new level of real-time interactive information and statistics to coaches & broadcasters alike. This flexibility of data enables them to not only collate live information and instantaneously display on screen, events, statistics & animation, but also to compare that information with any historical games in the DatatraX archive.

DatatraX represents a quantum leap in sports analysis, without question this groundbreaking product will improve analysis for coaches, and simultaneously make a wealth of additional options available to sports broadcasts and other media organisations.

This demonstration, following a number of earlier DatatraX trials has once again demonstrated the ability of PGI to deliver all of the requirements asked for by academics, clubs and federations.

DatatraX will be available to clubs, federations and media companies in the 2006/07 season and PGI looks forward to new orders from potential customers as well as finalising orders from the many enquiries already received.
