The eye tracking optics is extremely lightweight and unobtrusive and the recording device is small enough to be worn on a belt. The system is designed for indoor or outdoor use and is compact and rugged enough to be used in most sports applications.
Mobile Eye has wide implications in the development of training regimes owing to its unique ability to provide information that is impossible to calculate in any other way. Simply, a team coach or technical staff will be able to monitor the video environment as seen by the player (the general picture) combined with that players actual eye movement at key moments in match play or game phases, especially during: Penalty and Free Kicks; Offensive Alignments; Goal Keepers and general vision analysis.
